Founded in 2013 and operating continuously since, RPS Security has grown from a first contract staffed by three security guards into the armed response, guarding and technical operation it runs across Rustenburg today.

RPS Security was founded in 2013 through the partnership of Andries Joubert and Sonja Joubert. Together, they shared a dream of building a security company that would make a difference in their community. What started as a dream soon became a reality through their partnership, determination and hard work.
Andries and Sonja worked side by side, taking an important role together in the marketing and growth of the business. They built the company together, supported each other and put everything they had into making their dream a reality.

By the grace of God, they secured their first contract, starting with only three security guards. From those humble beginnings, they continued to work hard, secure new contracts and grow the company. Step by step, they built RPS Security into the business it is today. Their journey is a story of partnership, faith, perseverance and dedication.
And still today, with the grace of God, we continue striving to do better, to grow stronger and, most importantly, to serve and protect our community with dedication and pride.
